I need a reliable and honest person to cook meals for my daughter who has a CSF leak and can't cook for herself. It should take approx 4 hours per week (could be more or less time). The meals are very basic; plain chicken, ground beef, two side dishes, and boiled eggs. Meals can be prepared in your home and packaged up and then delivered to my daughter (15 minutes from church). All food and packaging will be provided. Paying $25.00 per hour.

An Overview

Each member of our team is accountable for the outstanding delivery of services to our user-agencies. The Laborer II will assist the Support Services Supervisor as a member of the team that performs support services functions for the City which includes setting up rooms and outdoor venues for meetings, receptions and other events.

The ideal candidate should be able perform heavy physical labor safely and efficiently. The ability to work cooperatively with colleagues, customers, vendors and the public is an essential function of this position. You will also need to possess the stamina to move and/or haul items around the City safely and efficiently.
The Opportunity – Examples of Primary Job functions
Assists the Support Services Supervisor as a member of the crew that performs maintenance functions;
Operates a non-CDL stake-body, utility body truck, or similar vehicle to deliver supplies and equipment to designated locations. Responsibilities include moving and/or removing furniture within various spaces across the city, assisting with the pickup and delivery of items as needed, and operating material handling equipment such as pallet jacks, carts, dollies, as well as forklifts and motorized pallet jacks when required.
Ensures the safe loading of equipment and operates a vehicle equipped with a 10,000 lbs. GVW trailer efficiently and responsibly.
Assist with physical inventory, cycle counts and spot checks;
Assists in setting up rooms for meetings, receptions, and various events, ensuring arrangements meet required standards while maintaining excellent customer service. Provides support for Citywide Meetings and Special Events, both during business hours and afterhours, as needed.
Assists with emergency weather response operations as needed, including loading trucks with bagged or bulk de-icing materials during snow operations. Operates a snowplow with a salt spreader and performs manual snow removal, such as shoveling, when not operating the plow truck. Utilizes various equipment such as chainsaws, leaf blowers, snow blowers, snow brushes, and other similar tools as required.
Respond, manage, and document and create customer service requests;
Communicates successfully with customers as needed through various methods, including in-person interactions, phone calls, emails, and other appropriate channels.
Manage and oversee vendors as needed;
Performs related work as required.
Examples of Secondary Job functions
Replenish janitorial materials, such as soap, toilet paper etc.
Cleans and maintains facilities & grounds by emptying garbage cans, cleaning up minor spills that occur, cleaning parking lots, gardens, interior common areas, and removing and securing surplus supplies and equipment;
Change lights within facilities & Grounds clean & maintain water fountains
Performs other related work as required.

Minimum & Additional Requirements
Completion of high school or vocational school courses; ability to perform heavy manual labor in all types of weather; some knowledge of construction or maintenance activities and the equipment and tools of the trade; and one year experience in any trade; or any equivalent combination of experience and training which provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities.
Preferred Qualifications
Minimum four (3) years of experience in facilities, roadway, bridge or grounds maintenance is preferred. Experience operating tools, equipment and vehicles properly and safely are a must. Valid Driver's License issued by the applicant state of residence. Ability to use common hand tools, power tools, and small engine equipment; ability to follow oral instructions; ability to safely drive and park a 1-ton truck with trailer attached; ability to perform heavy manual labor daily. Must possess the ability to lift objects over 44 pounds with or without accommodations; ability to stand for long periods of time; ability to pull, push, reach above shoulders, repeated bending, crawling and climbing; frequent walking indoors and outdoors; ability to perform work in adverse work conditions.

This position requires the successful completion of pre-employment background checks including but not limited to drug testing, criminal background and medical screening- Fit for Duty.
Outside of general business hours the Laborer II will be required to work evening and weekend hours on a rotational bases.
The Department of General Services (DGS) is a first response department and as such all DGS employees are deemed essential or emergency personnel and maybe required to report to work when the City government is open with liberal leave or closed during emergencies.

JOB SUMMARY
The Marketing Manager is responsible for daily contact between the organization, outside vendors, and other departments within FRC. The coordinator will develop and implement marketing strategies of the FRC brand. The coordinator will assure consistency of branding and promotional language for FRC materials, oversee the content and editorial quality of FRC’s marketing communications, and evaluate marketing trends for the organization. The Marketing Manager will also assist the Vice President for Development and Marketing with marketing and promotional related projects.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
• Maintain marketing-related vendor relationships.
• Organize FRC’s presence at select conferences, including logistics, exhibit look and feel, products to display/giveaway
• Facilitate advertising buys for all kinds of media (radio, TV, Print, social media, etc.) for the organization and manage ad campaigns and relationships with advertising outlets.
• Develop marketing plans for new FRC products, and FRC events.
• Stay informed of potential new areas for increasing FRC’s audience, including conferences, trade shows, publications, etc.
• Develop and enhance methods to articulate FRC’s unique vision
• Write and facilitate production of advertising, including print, audio, and video (in cooperation with other Brand Advancement staff and partners)
• Write copy for marketing of FRC products to internal lists, radio programs and other internal outlets.
• Maintain and manage the FRC store, including its marketing plan.
• Serve as a liaison for Brand Advancement to Development’s direct marketing efforts to help maintain brand consistency.
OTHER FUNCTIONS
• Coordinate media strategy with the Vice President for Brand Advancement, as well as other departments to facilitate background research and execution of ideas.
• Assist the radio team in marketing efforts for the daily radio show.
• Serve as a liaison to the CS operations pertaining to marketing efforts including: telephone operators and scripting, fulfillment functions, CC processing and related vendors.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Success in this position requires a bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field and at least three years of directly related experience, or an equivalent combination of training or experience. The incumbent in this position must be detail oriented, have verifiable project management experience, be productive under pressure, and be able to multi-task. The incumbent must also possess strong organizational, interpersonal, and administrative skills. This position also requires strong wrting ability, computer skills, project management software experience, and excellent oral communication skills.
