All of the common areas are furnished so you'd only need to bring stuff for your room! We're a 6 min walk from the Courthouse metro stop & the ART bus bay across from the metro. Giant, Target, Safeway, Trader Joes, and Whole Foods are all no londer than a 15 min walk away. Parking is available for $100/mo if needed. The building also has a ton of amenities like 2 clubrooms, a newly renovated courtyard, pool, gym, yoga studio & biking room, etc. Looking for someone chill and can keep common areas relatively clean.
